Who we are
This website is operated by Dreamhome AI Limited, a New Zealand company (company number 8703066, NZBN 9429051260064) trading as Levy Street, based in Wellington. In this notice, “we” and “us” mean Dreamhome AI Limited. You can contact us about privacy at hello@levystreet.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, company, topic and message.
- Newsletter sign-up: your first name (optional) and email address.
-
Technical information: our web server records standard request details (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) for security and to keep the site running.
-
Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, how visitors arrived, approximate location (city level), device and browser, and whether a contact or newsletter form was sent. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (such as
_ga) to tell visits apart.
We have turned off Google signals and ad personalisation, and the site does not use advertising trackers. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics does not load. You can also turn analytics off for this browser.
How we use it
We use what you send us only to reply to you, to provide the services you ask about, and, if you subscribe, to send the newsletter. We do not sell personal information or share it for marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us through a form-handling service run by MOGGED Digital, a Levy Street company, and stored in our email system. Analytics data is processed by Google (Google Analytics) and may be stored in the United States; we keep it for 14 months. The website is hosted in Australia. Some of the service providers we use to run our business may store information outside New Zealand; where that happens we take reasonable steps, as the Privacy Act requires, to ensure the information is protected comparably.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask for access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email hello@levystreet.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Changes
