## Who we look for

Levy Street is a small team that builds production AI for New Zealand organisations and runs its own products. We hire for judgement and output, not titles. The people who do well here:

- **Ship.** You have put things in front of real users and kept them running.
- **Go to the problem.** You would rather sit with the people doing the work than guess from a requirements document.
- **Measure.** You know how to tell whether an AI system is actually right, and you care when it is not.
- **Use the tools.** You work fluently with AI coding agents and know where they help and where they hurt.

## Areas we hire in


- **AI engineering**: Agents, retrieval, evaluation, integrations and the production systems around models.
- **Product design**: Interfaces that make probabilistic systems clear and trustworthy.
- **Infrastructure**: Reliable, observable, secure platforms for AI workloads.
- **Commercial**: People who can scope AI work honestly and turn it into lasting client relationships.
